The organization is inspired by independent fighters like Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Bhagat Singh and Sukhdev Rajguru who fought for the independence of our country. The organization was started with the breath phrase 'Vison and Mission' to bring into existence the ideological inspiration of MLA Maheshdada Landge. The aim is to motivate and help the youth in the fields of sports, education, women empowerment, competitive examinations. Young people are mentored using the experience of retired military, police, administrative officers with special skills in various fields. Such as Colonel Vijay Adhikari (Retd.), Pune District Badminton Coach Shri. Maheshyogi Nagre, EME NCO Shri. Many officers like Sadesh Kumar are working tirelessly for this organization as volunteers, volunteers, trainers, guides.

आपल्या देशाच्या स्वातंत्र्यासाठी लढलेल्या नेताजी सुभाषचंद्र बोस भगतसिंग आणि सुखदेव राजगुरू यांसारख्या स्वतंत्र सेनानींपासून ही संघटना प्रेरित आहे. आमदार महेशदादा लांडगे यांच्या वैचारिक प्रेरणेतून ‘व्हिजन अँड मिशन’ या ब्रीद वाक्याने संस्थेची सुरुवात झाली. खेळ, शिक्षण, महिला सबलीकरण, स्पर्धा परीक्षा या क्षेत्रात तरुणांना प्रवृत्त करणे आणि मदत करणे हा यामागचा उद्देश आहे. निवृत्त लष्करी, पोलीस, प्रशासकीय अधिकाऱ्यांच्या अनुभवाचा उपयोग करून विविध क्षेत्रात विशेष कौशल्य असलेल्या तरुणांना मार्गदर्शन केले जाते. जसे कर्नल विजय अधिकारी (निवृत्त), पुणे जिल्हा बॅडमिंटन प्रशिक्षक श्री. महेशयोगी नागरे, ईएमई एनसीओ श्री. सादेश कुमार यांच्यासारखे अनेक अधिकारी या संस्थेसाठी स्वयंसेवक, प्रशिक्षक, मार्गदर्शक म्हणून अथक परिश्रम घेत आहेत.

The organization provided assistance in case of natural calamities like Corona epidemic, Malin tragedy and Kolhapur floods. We had planned to recruit 147 Airmen at Mumbai 6 Airmen Selection Center in Bhosari in 2019. The organization organizes many such programs like public utility camps, lectures, awareness campaigns, medical camps, employment guidance.

To provide guidance, training and education to the youth in the field of education and sports, in the social field in the coming post-independence period. The organization aims to create awareness and motivation among the youth.

कोरोना महामारी, माळीण दुर्घटना, कोल्हापूर पूर अशा नैसर्गिक आपत्तींच्या वेळी संस्थेने मदत केली. आम्ही 2019 मध्ये मुंबई 6 भोसरीतील एअरमेन सिलेक्शन सेंटरमध्ये 147 एअरमनची भरती करण्याची योजना आखली होती. संस्था सार्वजनिक उपयोगिता शिबिरे, व्याख्याने, जनजागृती मोहीम, वैद्यकीय शिबिरे, रोजगार मार्गदर्शन अशा अनेक कार्यक्रमांचे आयोजन करते.

स्वातंत्र्योत्तर काळात तरुणांना शैक्षणिक व क्रीडा क्षेत्रात, सामाजिक क्षेत्रात मार्गदर्शन, प्रशिक्षण व शिक्षण देणे. तरुणांमध्ये जागरूकता आणि प्रेरणा निर्माण करण्याचा संस्थेचा उद्देश आहे.
